What I do
I provide one-on-one nutrition and fitness sessions, live or via online chat. From relaxation and stretching to body sculpting techniques, I help my clients stay active, trust their bodies, eat healthy and reach their target weight.
My approach
I meet with every client, listen to them, assess their needs and current situation, conduct body tests to understand their physical needs and capabilities, and customize dietetic programs and personalized fitness plans to help them reach their health goals.
My programs
Kids/teens fitness bootcamps and nutrition programs: find your balance between food and fun.
Target-specific programs: recovery after weight loss surgeries diet and follow-ups; maintenance phase; healthy eating habits for underweight clients; nutrition for pregnant and breastfeeding women; carbohydrates counting for diabetic patients; weight management programs for obese and overweight clients; my Detox cure.
Adults' Fitness: total body workout, functional training, circuit training mixing cardio with weight lifting, and relaxation (yoga and aerial yoga, stretching, Pilates, breathing techniques, meditation).
